Actually in this COVID situation we feel panicked, tensed and many insecurity & uncertainty is coming to our mind. As it is natural because the situation is not normal to us. So, we have to take safety and always to think positive. When we will think positive and create hope in our mind then all the problem will be lesser. You can avoid to take massages from every site, Facebook etc just reliable sources can be used for COVID situation like WHO websites, Bangladesh government website etc. Then when you feel that breath/ throat pain just distract your mind by doing another work, do exercise or meditation.
